Webfile eSystem Outage We are experiencing an intermittent outage with our Webfile eSystem. Some users are currently unable to access Webfile. We are working to resolve this issue and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Franchise Tax reports, payments and extensions that are filed and/or paid on or before Wednesday, May 17 will be considered timely filed. Any late-filing penalty that would normally occur will not be assessed.
